What was done.
This earlier HDS 745 was worth preparing because the main machine provided a sound base for proper mechanical work. The pressure side received new seals and pistons rather than being presented after only an external clean.
Completing the system.
The diesel burner was serviced and the machine was paired with a new high-pressure hose, lance, trigger and correct nozzle. Accessories matter because a worn trigger or mismatched nozzle can make a repaired pump appear faulty.
Workshop lesson.
The useful lesson for an older HDS is to assess the whole machine. Pump condition, burner operation, controls, boiler and chassis together decide whether a repair represents good value.
