A hot washer only fires when its water, control and burner systems agree that it is safe to do so. We follow that sequence to find where operation stops, then test the proposed repair before parts are fitted.

  • Unburnt white smoke or strong diesel smell
  • Heavy black smoke or soot around the exhaust
  • Repeated clicking without reliable ignition

  • Fuel leaking or collecting inside the boiler area
Do not keep cycling a smoking burner. Unburnt fuel can collect in the boiler. Isolate the machine, let it cool and arrange diagnosis.
