Information we collect
When you enquire, book or place an order, we may collect your name, business name, telephone number, email address, delivery address or postcode, machine details and the information you provide. Cleaning quote requests may include photographs of the area, surface details and access information. We store order references and payment status, but we do not receive or store your online-banking login details.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare cleaning quotes, process orders and payments, arrange work, delivery or collection, provide customer service and keep appropriate business and legal records. We do not use submitted cleaning photographs as public examples without your separate permission. We do not use these details for unrelated marketing unless you separately agree.
Where it is processed
Enquiries and orders are stored in the website’s secured database. Cleaning quote photographs are stored privately for quote review. Payment details are processed by GoCardless for eligible business purchases. Email notifications are sent through our email-delivery provider. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
Advertising measurement and cookies
With your permission, we use Google Ads measurement to understand whether an advert led to an enquiry or purchase. Google may receive information about the advert visit, the completed action and basic device or browser details. Purchase events include the order reference and value; we do not send online-banking login details. Optional advertising and analytics storage stays disabled unless you select “Accept” in the cookie choices shown on the site. You can clear your browser’s stored site data to reset that choice.
Website analytics
If you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics 4 measures where visits come from, pages viewed, engagement time, scrolling, contact-link clicks and successful enquiries or purchases. Contact-link clicks do not prove a call or message was completed. Google processes browser/device information and cookie identifiers; we do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or enquiry text to Analytics. Analytics is not started until you accept. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalisation for Analytics. See how Google uses information from sites using its services. You can change your choice below; browser controls can also remove previously stored cookies.
Sharing and security
We do not sell personal information. Details are shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, process payment, send email or deliver an order, and where required by law. We take reasonable steps to restrict access and protect stored information.
