What was done.
This compact single-phase HDS received a full service including a new burner fuel solenoid. The detergent side was also renewed with a new suction pipe and filter rather than leaving a small fault for the next owner.
Completing the system.
Chemical application on this machine operates at low pressure, so the listing and handover stated that clearly. Recording how a function is designed to work avoids a normal operating characteristic being mistaken for a fault.
Workshop lesson.
The machine was supplied with a new lance, trigger and high-pressure hose and was subsequently sold. The case shows why preparation covers controls and accessories as well as the headline pump and burner systems.
