COMMERCIAL WORKSHOP REPAIRS

Pressure Washer Repairs Liverpool & Merseyside.

Commercial pressure washer repairs for operators across Liverpool and Merseyside, completed at our Bolton workshop with arranged drop-off or pallet transport.

Commercial machines properly tested.

Machines reaching us from Merseyside commonly work in transport, vehicle preparation, facilities, industrial cleaning and busy trade yards. We test pressure, shut-off and burner performance through a complete operating cycle before agreeing the repair.

We repair Kärcher, Nilfisk and Alto, MAC, Cleanwell, Kränzle, Ehrle, Demon, Lavor and other professional machines. Diagnosis covers the complete operating sequence so the estimate is based on the cause of the fault.

Faults we can investigate.

  • Low, pulsing or inconsistent pressure
  • Pump, hose, trigger or internal water leaks
  • Hot washer runs but the burner will not fire
  • White smoke, black smoke or fuel-system faults
  • Electrical tripping, starting and control faults
  • Unloader, shut-off and burner-restart problems

Getting your machine to us.

We accept machines from Liverpool, Bootle, Knowsley, Huyton, Prescot, St Helens, Widnes and surrounding Merseyside areas. Our workshop is in Bolton, not Liverpool, and visits must be booked before travelling.

From the Liverpool area, customers can bring a machine to the workshop by appointment or ask us about suitable pallet transport. Sending photographs of the data plate, power connection and fault first helps us confirm that the machine is practical to assess.

Commercial users we support.

  • Fleet and vehicle workshops
  • Industrial and warehouse cleaning
  • Plant and equipment operators
  • Commercial valeting

Drop-off or pallet transport.

Book before travelling or shipping. We will confirm the machine details, workshop availability, safe draining and packaging requirements, the return delivery address and who is arranging each part of the transport.

This is a workshop service rather than a promise of mobile attendance in every postcode. Booking first means we can confirm access, power requirements and whether the repair is practical.

Useful before you book.

  • Photograph the model and serial-number plate.
  • Describe exactly when the fault starts.
  • Tell us whether pressure and heat fail together or separately.
  • For a three-phase machine, confirm the plug and supply.
